The platform bears zero legal responsibility regarding guest claims, booking disputes, refund demands, or legal actions originating from hotel guests or third parties across any continental jurisdiction.
2. TAX EXEMPTION & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE OBLIGATIONS

The integrating Hotel Client assumes 100% absolute accountability for the issuance of official guest invoices, billing reconciliations, and the direct collection and remittance of all local tourism taxes, state taxes, service taxes, or statutory levies. Legates Gilt is entirely exempt and disconnected from all local tax compliance obligations.
3. AML COMPLIANCE & NODE DISCONNECTION (KILL SWITCH)

Legates Gilt complies with global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards as a transparent B2B software utility. The platform retains the absolute right to execute an immediate node disconnection (Kill Switch) upon detecting security threats, payment bypass, or integrity breaches.
