1. STATELESS MIDDLEWARE ARCHITECTURE & ZERO DATA RETENTION

Legates Gilt operates under a strict Zero Data Retention principle. We DO NOT permanently store or archive guest personal data (such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment credentials) on our servers. Guest data is processed solely on a temporary basis to relay booking notifications directly to the hotel's official email and process payments securely via Stripe.
2. ABSOLUTE HOTEL INVENTORY & RATE CONTROL

Partner hotels retain absolute ownership and control over their property management inputs. Hotels bear FULL RESPONSIBILITY for manually setting and updating their online available room allocations, room pricing, and booking stream statuses via the secure dashboard. The system does not autonomously manipulate stock or pricing.
3. DEVELOPER ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

To safeguard data integrity and hotel operational sovereignty, developer account access is strictly restricted to a Read-Only Diagnostic Mode. All operational action buttons, status toggle switches, and inventory modifications are disabled completely on the interface.
