Payer identities, origins, and personal demographics remain completely anonymous and are never ingested into the Legates Gilt ecosystem.

The integrating Hotel Node assumes 100% legal responsibility for the issuance of official guest folios and the direct remittance of all local tourism, state, or service taxes.
